Week 1 done!

Week 1 is done! They are tired for sure! We have crammed a lot in and I look forward to my year with them. I hope they all have a restful weekend and come back ready to dig into some learning next week.
This week we focused on our classroom environment and expectations. Everyone seems to love dojo! Have you connected yet? They have earned two class rewards! Extra recess and slime making!

First Day of School

We survived! It sure was a HOT one at Dedham School for the first day of school, but we did it! Thanks to some awesome parents for bringing in popsicles to keep us cool! We are looking forward to a much cooler and hopefully less humid end to the week.

As soon as I receive back forms from everyone I can start posting pictures :)

Happy Summer!

I hope you are having a wonderful summer and enjoying time with friends and family! My name is Mrs. Haulk and I'm very excited to be teaching grade 3 this year! I have taught at Dedham for 8 years. I've been teaching for a total of 13 years with experience in Kindergarten, 2nd grade, 3rd grade and 4th grade. I also taught a year of computer classes in West Virginia.

My family resides right in Dedham as well. We love this small school and family oriented community! I have a husband, two daughters, a dog and two cats. I look forward to the upcoming year in third grade!
